At Finix Genetics Pvt Ltd, we are committed to supplying quality agricultural seeds and related products. Due to the nature of seed products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective.
- The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.
- The shipment is incomplete or items are missing.
2. Reporting a Problem
Customers must notify Finix Genetics Pvt Ltd within 48 hours of receiving the order if they receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete shipment.
Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund consideration.
3. Evidence Required
To process a return or refund request, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number or invoice details.
- Photographs of the product received.
- Photographs of the package and shipping label.
- A brief description of the issue.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
4. Non-Returnable Products
For quality, safety, and traceability reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened seed packets.
- Used or partially used products.
- Seeds that have been sown or planted.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Products purchased during special clearance or liquidation sales unless defective.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Refund & Replacement Approval
After reviewing the submitted information, Finix Genetics Pvt Ltd reserves the right to approve or reject a return, replacement, or refund request.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product.
- Store credit.
- Partial refund.
- Full refund.
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and the evidence provided.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 8 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
8. Seed Performance Disclaimer
Seed germination, crop performance, plant health, and agricultural yield depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, climate, irrigation practices, weather, storage conditions, pest management, and cultivation methods.
Refunds, replacements, or compensation cannot be provided solely on the basis of crop performance, yield expectations, germination results after sowing, or farming outcomes unless required under applicable law.
9. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, shipment damage, or a verified defective product.
10. Changes to This Policy
Finix Genetics Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
