9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs or evidence.
Opened, used, or sown seed packets are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or proven to have a manufacturing defect.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
10. Agricultural Disclaimer
Crop performance depends on numerous factors including climate, soil condition, irrigation practices, weather conditions, pest pressure, disease incidence, cultivation methods, fertilizer usage, and overall farm management practices. These factors are beyond our control.

All seeds supplied by Finix Genetics Pvt Ltd undergo quality checks and testing before dispatch.
However, germination rates, plant vigor, crop performance, and yield may vary depending on storage conditions, handling practices, environmental factors, soil health, irrigation management, and cultivation techniques after delivery.
Except where required by law, Finix Genetics Pvt Ltd does not guarantee specific germination percentages, yields, or agricultural outcomes once products are delivered to the customer.
